Prices and VAT
Prices on DAJOLKA.net are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK). When you arrive to the WebShop prices are displayed incl. 25% Danish VAT, but it is possible to display the prices ex. VAT by selecting "VAT excluded" to the left of the cart at the top of the page. Conversion rate from DKK to EURO is approximately 1 DKK = 0,134 EURO.
For customers outside the EU, ships on international voyages, as well as companies within the EU with a valid VAT no., the prices excl. VAT applies. For all other customers, ie customers in Denmark and private customers in the EU, applies the prices incl. VAT.
Orders will by default be assigned 25% Danish VAT, but if you're from the above is entitled to purchase without VAT, we deduct the tax amount of the order and sends an updated order confirmation. If you pay by credit card, we will reduce the amount corresponding to the VAT.
Placing an order
When you order products on DAJOLKA.net, we will automatically send you a web order confirmation via e-mail stating which products you have ordered. The web order confirmation is NOT a binding agreement, but merely information about which items you have ordered, as well as an acknowledgment of receipt of your order.
Therefor DAJOLKA has the option to cancel the order due to misprints, delivery failures from sub suppliers and similar situations.
Once we have processed your order we will send email with an updated order confirmation if there are changes, for example. by tax-free sales.
Freight and shipping
DAJOLKA are using DHL and POST Denmark for the delivery of parcels and letters, and various shipping/forwarding companies for shipping pallet goods by truck/air/sea. We send goods worldwide.
When you go to CheckOut to complete the order, please select the delivery method. The Webshop proposes several options for delivery, respectively.
The cost of shipping appears as far as possible automatically when you check out of the Webshop. If the Webshop cannot calculate shipping charges automatically, please select "DAJOLKA choose shipping method" instead.

You should check packages and pallet goods for any transport damage before you sign for receipt. Once you have signed for receipt, the carrier’s obligations to transport damages are lapsed. DAJOLKA is not responsible for transport damages.
If you want "flex delivery", ie the parcel can be delivered at the address without your signature for receipt, you assume at the same time fully responsible for any damage and defects. If you desire Flex Delivery, please specify that under "Add more information" under your address information.
Sales abroad / export
We sell and supply goods to customer’s abroad (world wide). If the Webshop cannot calculate shipping costs and taxes correctly, we will send you an updated order confirmation where this is corrected according to the destination. Note that the Webshop is locked to accept orders from customers in Denmark. If you are located abroad, you can enter the country's name after city, for example. OSLO, Norway.
We strive to send goods out on the same day as you order, no later than. 10:00 for palletized cargo pm. 14:00 for packages and letters, though larger orders and pallet goods may require an extra day before the order is shipped.
For most products displayed, the Webshop shows how many items we have in stock. If your order exceeds the number in our stock, it may lead to additional delivery time. We try as far as possible to provide information about the delivery time.
When you complete your order at DAJOLKA.net you agree on DAJOLKA's Terms and Conditions.

At DAJOLKA you have as a private consumer always 14 days to cancel your purchase. The right applies from the day the goods are received.
If you want to use your right of cancellation, please contact us at tel. +45 42 41 51 39 or email: email@example.com, before you send your return items.
Return shipments must be paid by the customer, who also bears responsibility if the item is lost or damaged in transit back to us. You have 14 days to return the item from the day you notify us that you regret your purchase.
If the product has been in use, the amount to be returned will be deducted and amount equivalent of the goods depreciated value. This also applies if the packaging is damaged.
Therefore, we recommend our customers using the right of cancellation, to use a shipping method that can be tracked and store receipt until the matter is concluded.
DAJOLKA´s costs for shipping orders outside Denmark will not be returned in case you cancel the entire order.

At DAJOLKA you have as a private consumer always 2-year warranty on all our products. The warranty is valid from the item is received.
For business customers there are 6 month warranty.
Exemptions are second hand products which are sold as is.
Is your item defective upon receipt or defects in use within warranty period, which is not caused by misuse, please contact us on tel .: +45 42 41 51 39 or email: email@example.com before you sending the product back.
Ownership of the purchased remains at DAJOLKA's until full payment is made.
DAJOLKA can never, including the delay or failing cases, be responsible for the customer's indirect losses, including operating losses.
Reservations are made for writing or typing errors in connection with the goods and prices on this site, and sold out items that are no longer recoverable.

In most cases we will be able to send you the correct item immediately along with a package label for the return shipping.
Information on redress
If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from us, you can file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning i Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen, Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Klageløsning via www.forbrug.dk.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country than Denmark, you can apply the European Commission's online complaint portal for filing a complaint. The complaint filed here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr
To act in DAJOLKA´s Wepshop, we need to ask for your contact information, name, address, phone no. and email and possibly other information.
This information is stored and treated confidentially in our own database and will not be disclosed to 3 party.
The exceptions are:
For credit card payments all data are handled securely by DIBS. DAJOLKA will thus not possessing any of the data on card payment.
